Orders are shipped best way.  (USPS, FedEX and UPS are used most frequently)

Return Policy:  

We want you to love your new Polara Health Swag, however we do understand there are times when merchandise may need to be returned.

We make every effort to ensure our products are of top quality, and ready for use.  If you find the need to return any item, please contact us within 30 days of purchase via e-mail: customerservice@PolaraHealthMarketplace.com - please provide images of damaged merchandise, or an explaination/reason for your return and order number or name and e-mail address on your customer account.  You will receive an e-mail in return with return instructions and a RMA # that must appear on the return packaging.

NOTE:  Only unworn/unused apparel will be authorized for return.  

Once the merchandise is received, inspected and accepted at our warehouse, a credit will be issued to the card used on the order for the amount of the merchandise returned within 7-10 working days.
